Please note that any dirt, sweat, deodorant stains, or marks of any kind will make the item ineligible for a return.
Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 days for processing and inspection. If the product meets the criteria for return, we will issue a store credit in the form of a Successful Designs E-Gift Code, which you can use towards future purchases on our website.
